If your item has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email us at info@erniessoap.com.
We cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons due to the nature of our product.

Ernie's Soap is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns due our products being natural. If you have an issue with your order please email info@erniessoap.com and we will refund for any damages incurred during transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
